Our drone, battery and aerial accessories are subject to strict international aviation, customs safety and transportation control regulations. Buyers shall fully understand and comply with local drone flight laws, airspace restrictions, registration requirements and import regulations of their country/region. We are not responsible for any penalties, confiscation, legal disputes or losses caused by buyer’s illegal flight, unregistered use, violation of local aviation policies or non-compliant import declaration.

All damages caused by drone crash, improper operation, high-altitude collision, reckless flying, artificial damage and abnormal use during flight are not covered by returns, refunds, warranty or logistics compensation. We only guarantee product quality when unopened & unused; we bear no liability for any personal injury, property loss or equipment damage arising from user flight operation.

Due to international battery safety control and customs restricted item rules, orders may be shipped in multiple separate packages. We reserve the right to split delivery without prior extra notice, which will not change total order amount.

Batteries, large-size drone parts and controlled special goods require additional shipping fees. Extra freight must be paid by buyer before dispatch; we will not arrange shipment until full additional fee settlement.

We do not provide any free shipping service. All international freight, remote area surcharge, special item extra shipping cost are solely borne by customers.

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, inspection charges and local regulatory taxes are all buyer’s responsibility. We do not undertake any customs fines, detention losses or additional fees caused by destination country customs rules.

All orders take 7–15 business days for review, safety packaging and dispatch under regulatory audit. We will update valid tracking number to you via email immediately after parcel shipped.

We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by customs clearance, airline control, natural disasters, force majeure, local logistics congestion or holiday peak periods. We make no warranty for indirect loss, incidental damage or consequential loss generated by order delay, split delivery or policy adjustment.

These terms are governed by laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if failed, submit to arbitration with exclusive jurisdiction.
