Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Due to product safety and import control regulations,
all orders take 7–15 business days for processing, packaging and arrangement before shipment.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends and public holidays.
We will update and send the official tracking number to you by email once your order is dispatched.
2. Split Shipment Notice
Some of our products are under special transportation and customs control.
Your order may be shipped in multiple separate packages at our discretion, you will receive different tracking numbers for each shipment. This will not affect your order total payment.
3. Special Item Additional Shipping Fee
Certain special-sized, overweight, battery-included and restricted controlled products
require additional shipping cost.
The extra freight fee will be notified and confirmed with you by email before arrangement. We will not arrange shipment until the additional shipping payment is completed.
4. Shipping Time & Delivery
Estimated international delivery time after dispatching:
- US / Europe: 7–15 business days
- Southeast Asia / Australia: 5–12 business days
- Other regions: 10–20 business days
Delivery time is only an estimated reference. Delays caused by customs clearance, local logistics, peak season, flight control or force majeure are beyond our responsibility.
5. No Free Shipping
We do not provide any free shipping service. All shipping fees, remote area surcharges and special product extra freight shall be borne by the buyer.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged by the destination country.
All related charges are
the buyer’s sole responsibility. We will not cover any import tax, customs fine or clearance cost.
7. Shipping Address Modification
Please confirm your shipping address carefully when placing an order.
Once the package is dispatched,
no address change is allowed. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Package
If your package is lost, severely damaged or missing items upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and tracking evidence for verification.
Drone flight damage, man-made damage and improper operation are not eligible for logistics compensation.
9. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
If the package is returned due to recipient refusal, unclaimed, wrong address or customs detention, all return freight and re-shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
