Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to submit a return request.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in original condition, unused, unmodified, with all original tags and original packaging intact.
- The product cannot be damaged caused by flight operation, improper installation, man-made damage or accidental crash.
- You must provide the order receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label together with detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Any items sent back without prior return application will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee
Return shipping cost is borne entirely by the customer under normal 15-day voluntary return circumstances.
Damages & Issues Upon Receipt
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is
factory defective, damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can assess the problem and provide a proper solution.
Damage caused by flight operation, improper setup, or human error is
not covered for free return or replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized products, special orders or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
- Clearance sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your preferred item is to place a return for your original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new separate order for the replacement item you need.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above policy, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order
within 14 days without providing any reason.
The item must remain unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, and you need to provide purchase proof.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval result.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within
10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card issuers may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
